The second half of 2015 witnessed the sale of a large number of houses and resale apartments that were walking distance from the beach.   Particularly increased sales were for homes on Dhekelia Road, houses in Oroklini, houses in Meneou and houses in Pervolia.

There is considerable demand for apartments for sale in McKenzie, in Larnaca centre and in Oroklini with communal swimming pool.

Interested buyers have shown an increased preference in apartment complexes that have title deeds and undergo good and constant maintenance.

We noticed that 90% of resale homes with title deeds, walking distance from the beach that were available for sale in the last three years, have now been sold and prices have now stabilized.

Following 2007, which signaled the start of the economic crisis in the real estate market, this year we sold domestic plots for the construction of modern housing for sale on Dhekelia road and Meneou.

Due to the favorable rate of the Pound Sterling against the Euro, in combination with the very good investment opportunities in properties that are available, there was a particularly increased demand for properties from English prospective buyers.

We believe that due to the stabilization of the Cyprus economy, 2016 will be a much better year in respect to the number of properties sold.  This can already be seen from the statistics and property price index that are published by the Central Bank of Cyprus and the Land Registry.

Dhekelia road, Meneou and Pervolia are located 10- 15 minutes from Larnaca centre, where one of the best English schools, the American Academy, can be found.
